Frequently Asked Question

You must be a teacher, 4th through 8th grade, to perform the following:

• From your computer, click https://admin.google.com/ac/users and sign in with your normal email credentials. Do this from your computer, not the students.
• You will see a list of all students. You can either scroll to find your student, which are sorted alphabetically by first name, or you can search for them from the search field at the top of the page. 
• If you mouse over a student in the list, a reset password link will appear (fig a). Click that link and box (fig b) will open where you'll have an option to automatically generate one, or create one. Pick the latter and create a password. Once you pick "create password", a field will pop-up where you enter the new password. Once you have entered the password of your choosing, click reset. You will get a green box that tells you that you were successful. (fig c)
• If you click a student name in the list, a different screen opens, but passwords can be reset from there as well - look for the reset password link there - It's the exact same procedure as previously described. (fig d)
